IS THERE A REASON WHY MEN REMAIN SINGLE IN THEIR 40S?

People will certainly fight you when you tell them a truth about them, they feel attacked.

These days truth seems to be lacking, even when you tell a person the truth about something that concerns them, they will actually fight you. I think it is a human nature, a reflex action in we humans. We do it without realising, Maybe it is because the truth is like a bitter pill, a purgative and it is painful because it stings our ego.

So maybe it is better for us to sometimes bring our ego down a bit and listen so that we can have a reflective view of our actions every time.

So, I saw a post by a relationship expert on Instagram, the post was directed to single men in their 40s. I went to the comment section and I saw a myriad of comments from men who reacted negatively to the post, probably because they felt attacked. I can say this for a fact that many of them who reacted negatively were single men in their 40s. I found it amazing yet hilarious. And at the same time I saw a lot of comments from women who mentioned their experiences dating men in their 40s about how manipulative, narcissistic and domineering these men are . I am not trying to be offensive but I agree with these women There could be a strong reason why there are single men in their 40s. I have had my share of experience with older men, I mean men in their 40s, late thirties, and one thing I can say for sure is that they tend to be manipulative, domineering and I would say it takes a lot dealing with them, they also have trust issues.

And I would love our Nigerian men to be more patient and understanding and be a little teachable, honestly it will help we ladies to understand and relate better. You don’t expect the women to submit and receive a lot of shit from you. If you want a lady of good character, be a man of good character as well. Let us understand that we are what we attracts in life. You can’t be a man of great virtue and not attract a woman of great virtue as well.
